Scottish Terriers are very difficult to photograph at home because of their color. An all black dog with any type of shadow will turn a beautiful animal into a blob of darkness. Too much flash changes his color to silver in photos. I put my Scottie Dog, Ozzie, against a light background hoping the contrast would produce decent pics of an all black dog. His new haircut came with a bandana that helps to define his features.
